By adding your listing, you will get sole listing privilege - meaning, if you have a shared mandate, no other agent can list the same property as you! at the same time, giving you the competitive edge on the mandate.
Oooh the Holy grail of property! Insiders Invests’ speciality is development marketing, thus we allow practitioners to list their developments on our website. We have a unique listing feature that is mutually beneficial to both the agent (no upfront listing fee) as well as Insiders Invest (lead conversion commission).
